Has anyone ordered massage linens from www.comphy.com?

Yes, I want 'em, BAD. The website doesn't say anything about the forms of payment accepted, or how long it takes to receive your merchandise, nor does the site have an order form. What has your experience with The Comphy Co. been?

Same as yours unfortunately. I haven't ordered because they sure don't make it easy, do they? Until they get a better web site where I can at least see their prices and call in an order, they will be getting no business from me!

I know that some people here have done business with them, and love their products. There's another thread around somewhere. I think the general consensus was great product, not so great customer service.

As a client, I have received massage on a table with comphy sheets, and they aren't that awesome. Yes, they're smooth, but plenty of high-quality cotton sheets are just as smooth. They're definitely not worth chasing the company down to try to place an order.

Has anyone ordered massage linens from www.comphy.com?

I had a friend order from comphy direct and it took about 6 weeks to get her sheets. And like already stated they are not user friendly.

However, I discovered http://www.RuValonline.com and they got me my comphy sheets in a few days. They were easy to contact and to order from because they are here in the U.S. and they carry an inventory of the product. And they had amazing customer service.

I absolutely LOVE t007 the sheets, I even use a queen size set on my own bed.
