Has This Happened to Anyone?

Hello everyone,

I went to a massage place on the southside. I got my massage, after paying for my massage I asked for a reciept. The lady told me "Sorry can't write receipt. Come back next month. Tell them (blank) gave you massage. When they come back from vacation next month, you come get reciept"

I was like WTF?
Sorry I don't want to give out the name of the business or the person who gave the massage.
I was wondering has this happened to anyone before and is this common?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a decent massage that direct bills. Besides Labella & del sole spa.
I use my benefits to pay for a portion of my massage and pay cash to make up the difference. It helps the pocket book some days.

My guess would be only 1 registered masseuse and she is away but doesn't trust the other girls to use her number?

Got that once from a provider down town. AND I had confirmed when booking that I could get one.
.........and I couldn’t use my CC .......that I ALSO confirmed I could use when booking.

Lost me a client. (It was a good service too. Pitty)

Oddly happened to me last week probably at the same location. Never had this before either. Will they honor it, not sure. Maybe old therapists with RMT fighting with new ones to share. Seen that before. Sadly they don’t tell you until you pay. Maybe I should get a massage next time and say i come back in a month and pay and see how they like.

Usually only 1 Rmt can issue receipts.They will honour the receipt as it’s just good business to do so.No worries.Not getting scammed
