Having Trouble contacting Phoenix

I am having trouble getting in contact with Phoenix, does anyone know if she is working ?? :?

Where Phoenix might be

Now, I'm not Phoenix, therefore I don't know for certain. But I suspect the reason you may have trouble contacting her is because of a little thing called 'Christmas and New Year'. It's an obscure ritual practised around these parts and some of those who celebrate this arcane ritual like to take some days off work, spend time with loved ones and/or family, and generally relax and unwind. Since you haven't indicated over what length of time you've been trying unsuccessfully to reach Phoenix and whether that period is best measured in weeks, days, hours or "I called twice and she never called me back", I can only assume that you have not heard of this admittedly little heard of event in the WL calendar and can readily understand why you would jump to the conclusion that she may have finished working.
