Head rest issues

Hi

I was wondering if any of you have found a head rest that does not cause sinus pressure and over time make clients uncomfortable.
I have seen the memory foam ones, the one with gel balls in them etc...
Which one do you use and are you happy with it? Most importantly does it help with the sinus pressure issue.

In search of "the holy grail" narrated by Leonard Nemoy : That's what I think of when I hear anyone asking face cradle questions (even myself!)

I think part of the reason it's elusive is because well, let's face it, the face is smushed no matter what. I have found that different people also make polar opposite remarks about the SAME face cradle I am using. Some love it!** Remarking at how awesome it is, some just say, well, I'm congested and it's from being in the face cradle but they don't blame it on the particular style, just as an accepted thing that happens to them when they are prone. t102

**(I don't have a special face cradle. It's just the standard, run of the mill kind.)

Thank you for the reply. It does seem like it is a personal preference. I am tempted by the Bionance model.

I really like Oakworks Aero-Cel Crescent Pad.

My mistake it's the bionance model we have. They are great.

We use to have the aeo-cel crescent pad. The head space was not large enough , creating a lot of pressure.

I had a thick memory foam one that I had gotten from custom craftworks for years- (2004 up until last year)- Seemed like it lost it's squishy-ness over time. Recently got Oakwork's Boiance, and I really like it. A client commented that she doesn't feel like she's being suffocated anymore!
