Headache due to massage? Or what?

Last Thurs-Sunday I helped backstage in a show and I'm thinking one of these two things may have caused this. I worked the smoke machine (it's "non-toxic" dj smoke fluid..theatrical smoke). I think it was Saturday or Sunday, one cast member gave me a massage on my upper back/neck. A couple days later, I started noticing a constant headache when i wake up that generally lasts thru the day...like today, my neck has an ache as well. I tried anti-inflammatory before bed on Mon. prob., but idk...it feels achey and weird this week! What do u think? And i'm drinking fluids...

It's an ache more in the back of my head...and some light sensitivy (like pressure a bit) Monday I sat in class and saw some "stars"... :/
