Hi there,
I am currently working as a mobile therapist and may have the chance of
renting a room which will be in a small building with solicitors/chartered accountants and the like.
Im getting to that stage where I need a room to practice in and cannot find one with a salon or medical environment so this seems like a good alternative and will hopefully create a good profesional image.
However someone has mentioned that i may not be able to do it because if i work late or at the weekend (when the other people who occupy the building are not there) then i will be breaking the law by working there alone.
Could anyone please advise if this sounds correct??? How does everyone else work??
There is a local therapist who operates her own practice which is basically a separate extension at the back of a travel agents so how does she get around this??
Any help would be much appreciated since i dont want to agree a lease on the room only to be told by health and safety that i cannot work this way.
Thanks....
