It's been a while since I've hobbied on the east side. Helen @ La La Land was recommended by a fellow board member for her massage skill.
Arrived at the appointed time, was guided to the room by her co-worker and instructed to wait a few minutes.
I disrobed and waited...
15 minutes in.. no signs of Helen.
Called to inform whoever was answering the phone that I was still waiting...
Was assured she'll be there in 10 minutes..
30 minutes after arrival, got a text message from Helen.. apologizing, saying she'll be there shortly... I asked how much longer?
No reply... 45 minutes after arrival..
I'm visibly upset.. there's nothing they can do to redeem the session at this point.. starts to get dress..
I hear the water running in the other room, signaling the end of a session. Waited this long.. might as well waiting another few minutes so I can call them out on the bullshit.
Co-worker apologized profusely, gets Helen on the phone, she'll arrive shortly.. offers a discount if I stuck around..
Obviously they don't give a shit about their customer's time, rather than being truthful and rebooking the appointment, they had me waiting in the room for an hour, like a jerk off.
Who still conducts business like this?
As I was pulling out of the parking lot, a plain face plump looking auntie pulls into the plaza.. fits the description.. silver lining.. maybe I dodged a bullet.
Looking back, I should've taken her up on the discount and stiff on the tip as payback..
