Street action from the Bund to the Park Hotel on Nanjing Street...but as advised don't get taken by the Shanghai Girls wanting to inprove there English or get something to eat...SW's will agree to your hotel room as a first (and only) stop right away with out the other BS. Set the price up front. 300 to 500 yuan, 300 more often than any other price unless you get really kinky. Agree to "Play First and then Pay Last" still on the street...Once you get to your room if they try to change anything say no and tell them to leave...most will back down and thats the end of price discussion. If it continues open the door and ask them to leave. If they have set there purse down where you can pick it up with out a fight, just set it outside the open door as they go out to retreive it close the door...wait 3 to 5 min go look for a more willing and honest SW.

Be careful if your approached by a street girl(s) on NanJing Street, most will try to talk you into a restaurant but don't come through with action...there are also the girly bars, most are just looking to get you to buy drinks.
Going price on SW's is 250 to 300 yuan, the best arrangement I've found is to take them directly to your hotel room, defiantly do not go into an unknown area or building. Massage is advertised on the street and you will find that it's fully clothed massage that’s offered w/ out any extras. A higher priced massage can be had at the hotel health facility but request it for your room and specify a "special massage for men only". Going rate is 700 yuan and up...I recommend trying the street action.
