The word here in TJ is that the locals find it safer. Also unless you are flying or on a boat, a passport or border pass won't be required until June of 2009 or later...the date has been pushed back several times now.

I was at ab this week and there were some fatties, I'm sure you
will get a deal on them. Just be careful the cops are searching
everyone right now due to the recent violence and I would
suggest taking a cab if you dont want to be searched. I did
notice their is not as many girls as usual and I believe the
situation will only get worse in tj for the future due to the
violence and the changing of the passport law. It is
unfortunate that my trips to tj may eventually come to an
end.

its been awhile i haven't gone down to tj. i do plan to go sometime this year. but what i like to know is anyone know where i can find plus size women or older women bars? i'm 28 and i have this fetish for older fat women. the only one i like down there are adelita's.
