HFH - I give up - Updated :-)

Okay,

So I was all pumped-up about getting to see Cameron at HFH today.
After all, I've only been trying to make my schedule coordinate for over a year now to go see her.

I had booked the appointment back on Monday fo a one-hour session this afternoon, as I was able to know my week's work & travel plan far enough ahead before she got all booked up as usual.

I drove from downtown and I got there 3-5 minutes before the appointment time. I paid my door fee for the hour, and went into the waiting room.

Cameron was called out and informed me that she already had an appointment in the room and that I would have to wait until at least 2:30.

I told her I had booked ahead for an hour.
She followed on to say that I was supposed to call & confirm beforehand, and that they tell everyone that when they call.

Now I do recall a thread weeks/months ago about the difficulty HFH was having with "no-shows" after I posted about Cameron taking another client 2 minutes brefore I arrived, and that HFH was considering going to the 're-confirming" policy.

However, I didn't remember the thread until now.
Moreover I was NOT 'reminded' to re-confirm when I called to book back on Monday.

To her credit Cameron handled it as well as she could, I guess (based on the policy).
And yes, she is gorgeous...stunning!.

All that making me even more sour about not being able to see her (again!).
I took back my 'room fee' and left disappointed (again!).

I think I will just give up on HFH and stick with the other MPs I go to. I have rarely/never have had such challenges. Its difficult enough for me to schedule time that far in advance AND to travel to Woodbridge.
4 times bitten now @ HFH. I guess that makes me just stupid.

An added "thanks" to all the "no show" doofuses, for screwing things up for the rest of us!

Don't give up Bone, look at it as foreplay, when you finally get there you can really, er, blow off all of your steam, super sized hehe. Now I feel spoiled, HFH is a few lights west of where I work, and BP is on my way home.

Bone-that sucks, but I have to agree with Tinop as I have never had that problem @ HFH and have actually gotten used to confirming!
Dont give up-its like the caramilk secret once you see whats inside..hmmm

After my rant, I realized that perhaps I should have just emailed or called HFH Mgmt directly instead.

I did not, because I was cranky.
Its what happens when emotion/passion (read: thinking with yr smaller head) comes into play.

Anyway, I have to commend them!

Upon reading my post they promptly got back to me on this matter to sort things out.

I've said it before, but HFH is among a few (1/2 dozen maybe) MPs that are top-class here in TO.

I have to commend & thank them for their class & professionalism.

Yes Bone, Kayla takes pride in her business and several of us suggested that people call to confirm their appts because of so many no shows. It's bad for the ladies to be kept waiting for someone who might not show up.

I'm sure Kayla handled it very diplomatically but it just serves as a reminder to call and confirm.

Just a note for Kayla regarding the confirmation policy. I've called and booked appointments several times since the new policy has been in place and have never been told to call and confirm within an hour of the appointment. I've been told to call if I can't make the appointment. So perhaps not all of the girls are following policy and should be reminded.
