I did my on the job training in one of the IT department and it's a pity that I could not extend my on the job training so I have to find another job for next year. I've seen a job advertisement, and this job involves documentation and typing. In their profile, the company asks the applicants to write the salary requirements together with the application letter and resume. My question is, do you really have to write it or is it just a trick from the employer? I'm an engineer graduate but I don't have any experience in my field except technical support and of course the fresh programming language that I've learned at the moment.
