WOW! Your question really shows how a person can learn something everyday...never in all my life would I have ever thought of someone going to school, to learn how to give a small animal a massage. To me, the untrained & unknowing, the simple fact that they offered the program would seem like a rip-off of the first Degree.
However, that being said, not knowing how old your car is, the question will be, how much to get it to South Florida? Mass is one of the most expensive states in the country to live in. Summers can be very hot, and winters will be something that you have no idea in the world about...so plan on lots of very heavy (and not always cheap) winter clothes. Utilities are pretty high due to winter heating bills. If you're going to be working at all, then both federal & state income taxes will take their bite. If your car is relatively new, then when you register it, there is a tax that you might be aware of called an excise tax...cost a lot more than the tag cost.
I don't know how many different schools offer the programs you both are wanting to take, but you might want to look at any other, especially if they are in climates closer to what you are use to living in.
