How do you know for sure all this pain is from high arches? I have clients with high arches and dont have all this pain. Has a podiatrist diagnosed her with this problem? It could also be planter facitis.
If she hasnt seen a podiatrist yet, recommend she go and see one. After that happens, you will know better how to proceed.

She has been to a podiatrist who gave her special inserts and shoes but she still has major pain in her feet. You're right though..I don't know if that is what is causing her lower back pain, but her feet are in such a state that I can see how it could be. Her iliopsoas, piriformis, quads, and hamstrings needed lots of work. She had asked me not to massage her feet, but by the end of the massage, she could feel how much looser she was and said she was embarrassed about me seeing her feet, but asked if I could work on them next time. But I don't know what the best technique would be for working high arches.
