What is with the recent trend of patrons spending unusually high $$$ on their favorite MPA's. The current Canadian inflation rate cannot even dream of keeping up with this pace. Now I realize that in our society it is customary for people to show their appreciation of exceptional service with tips but it seems that things are starting to get out of hand. When MPA's start demanding tips regardless of service and clients continue to give exorbitant tips because they feel pressure to do so, I feel that the whole industry will become impossible for the average waged man to patronize. This is why spa's such as Studio B continue to flourish even in spite of the upper echelon spas spread out in the GTA which demand high $$$

Just my opinion but tipping should be optional regardless of quality of service. You pay the door fee, negotiate the fee for the desired service and that should be it. Tipping certainly shouldn't be expected.

What I can't believe isn't that mpa's expect a tip, but rather the
escalating cost of our hobby. Now I know everything costs more
than say 7 years ago when I started in this fun way of passing time,but what used to cost $80.00 for a grand ol time, will now cost $140.00 or more. It seems like every other form of entertainment, the bar keeps getting raised.
When I first started visiting Mp's, a Nude massage for $80.00 was the most that was offered, and the girls would really get into
things ; ie: being passsionate and friendly and really making it an enjoyable time. But as the years went by, and more and more M.P's opened, the prices went up, and the service seemed to be directly related to it. Now for $80.00, all you seem to get it a luke warm massage, followed by a very mechanical release ; usually after having to prove that you're not L.E.
But , if you offer a buck and a half, they treat you like a king.
Go figure.

Typically i find that the total fees ( time/room and tip) are climbing and that people are paying it. It just goes to show you that we'll pay for what we want and not what we need.

Like.. I really need to save my money but I don't want to.

I never tip. The price negotiated is the price paid. I find that there is no difference in service with or without the tip. If I use the posts of others as a guide then I have yet to experience a difference. The big thing for me is to treat the ladies with respect , be polite and curtious. Just throwing a couple of pennies out there for thought.
