Accordings to the czech sanitary agency, the number of infected people by HIV/AIDS is rising in South Moravia. In the past years only 6 or 7 new cases a year where revealed but this year (2008) already 15 new cases are recorded by october 31st. The agency is connecting the rise to the prostitution and drug business. HIV/AIDS is not the only problem, the ongoing year also sees a rise of jaundice and other std
