Had a most amazing experience today. I have seen Yan/Lindamai a number of times over the years and generally have had a good experience if I go during the slow times (e.g. 11 am). She is a legend in this town for, about 80 percent of the time, delivering the absolute worst service imaginable and somehow, about 20% of the time, delivering something that some people consider magical.
