What time does Hollywoods stay open till? is it 6am every day?

If you are talking about Holywood nightclub it depends on the police....they will usually try to go as late as possible but the police close down most of the nightclubs most nights at often varying times from 2.00am onwards

I have only been to tiger and hollywoods. I'm sure it was well past 4am when i left Tiger. I remember ending up on beach road when I should have been on 200 pee and had to back track, wow what a night how i made it home is anyones guess.

yep 4.00am is not uncommon for nightclubs to close but I think technically its meant to be 2.00am.....later if the cops don't start miling around outside

You have to laugh a little at this spam ad....Why oh why would anyone in Thailand dish out 150usd for a little fun when it can easily be had for 1000 baht (about 30-35 usd)....Do they actually get people utilizing their service?

This made me remember a few years back I was in Patong with a buddy and we both were drunk and went our seperate ways, next day we were walking down Bangla and one of the tailors said to me I see your friend last night at 5am, I asked him was he OK and he replied " I think if he have one more drink he walk like streetdog ":rofl:

I remember Hollywood still open at daylight on some occasions.

Some LB sneak in somehow but they have to pay a fee, as told to me by a TG, not sure if the money goes to bouncers or to the management.

Btw, in my experience Hollywood rocks but it is not the safest place to be as some of their bouncers are bloody drunk violent rogues and who knows some even might be on yabba.

Was there about 3-4 times in 2 weeks on my recent trip. Found the place alot of fun, give the bouncers a tip/drink and they'll find you a table and keep an eye on you all night.

Pretty sure it closed up about 6, seemed to be getting fairly quiet around 5:30 when I left.

I was there for over 6months at a length. Bouncers will happily take your drinks and tips but will not keep an eye on you or help. Forget it. These drunk and ting tong bouncers are even known to be violent towards customers for no or trivial reasons e.g. if they see you regularly having fun, or see you picking their favourite BGs/FLs (whom most of bouncers can admire only from a distance, jealousy) , etc. Management does nothing to fix this problem. But they seem to be well connected with police and authorities.

BTW, out of curiosity does any BM know who owns/runs this joint? Thai owned? farang owned? doggy owned?? Police owned? Politicians owned? mob owned?

We stuck with one bouncer all week and he would organise us a table and call for drinks etc when we needed. We only tipped him 100 baht each per night. Was a nice guy, would always come and say hello when we saw him out and about.



Pretty sure it's owned or part by a Farang, some older guy came and sat down with us one night and I was told he was the owner.
