Her first day was on friday.... as you may know (if your a VIP subscriber) we have a "mystery shopper program" the report that I got from the customer that we sent in is, that her looks were awesome, her attitude was good, her technique was good... but there was something off?? so he asked he what was the matter (she seemed slightly nervous) her reply was... "its my first day in a new spa and im quite nervous for some reason". her attitude seemed to change a bit after that (for the better). He went on to say that he would return... we will be sending another mystery shopper in very soon.... tomorrow being only her second shift (sunday april 10th) time will tell.
