How can I explain my love for giving foot massages?

Before you even ask, yes I have a foot fetish. Thing is, it's mild. As in I draw the line at kissing feet, possibly licking if she asks me to. But as to date, the only worshiping I've done is giving a real good foot massage. Well, now I have a girlfriend and we have really hit it off. We've been a couple for about two weeks and knew each other for about 4 months before that. We're so close that I want to tell her I love giving foot massages, but don't know how to say it. I offered her a foot rub once, but she declined because we were in a slightly public area.
