How did you get introduced into your music and whats your first song to remember?

I was basically introduced to lots of music...my first type, well I cant really remember much, I knew it was tranced. Im not sure of the replies ill get, but Trance pretty much sounds out there compared to many.
Name of song was 'Stealth' by Art of Trance.
I got in to it as soon as I aged to 12.
Currently, I take all different bands and variety, trip hop, rock, beats, electronic.

I remember seeing Dazed and Confused on TV late at night. Watching someone attack a guitar with a violin bow changed me. Probably was 12ish. Been a fan since.

my mom and dad both loved rock. my dad adored Pink Floyd and my mom was more into the softer kind, like Billy Joel and Elton John. the first song i remember was I Love Rock 'N' Roll - Joan Jett. it came on the radio in my dad's car when i was about 8 or 9ish.

My most recent music endeavors over the last few years have been in different types of electronic music. My first experience that i recall was a trance song called "Air for Life". It is By Above & Beyond and is on the album Tri-State.

That interested progressed into all kinds of electronic music, and i believe that hearing that one song has changed my life forever. : ) (in a good way)
