How do i find out why certain things are outside the massage scope of practice?

I have an assignment for school about why certain things are outside the scope of practice, http://www.cmto.com/regulations/ModOutsideScopeSecA.htm I don't know what one I want to pick to do a project on but I cant find anything for any of them. I have to find out any flaws in the study, if its been validated, the goal of the study and more.

Does anyone know where i could find this?

I think it is important to recognize what massage therapy is, and what it does.

It is a longstanding practice of rubbing sore muscles and it helps relax and ease muscular pains.

It is not a treatment that cures any illness or affects the course of any illness. The things that are outside the scope of massage, as documented by another answer, are all bogus treatments.

Stick with massage therapy. Don't fall under the delusion you are doing anything more than helping people relax.
