How do I introduce 2 guinea pigs to my newest guinea pig?

I have 2 guinea pigs which are 2 years old (bought them at the same time)
i've got another guinea pig which is about 6 months old
Their cages are next to each other - 2 guinea pigs in one, and the newest one in the other
They're all females

Unfortunately I have tried to get them to bond, but I can't. If I place the newest guinea pig in the other cage with the other two, the start fighting her
I have even bought a hutch for outside, and got them all in at the same time, They got along for the first 10 mins then started fighting

They seem OK when they're on the sofa or on the floor together
Any ideas? The newest guinea pig lives alone in the cage so she's getting quite lonely

I have owned rodents and bred them for 5 years. I hav also bought new rodents. The same thing happened to me. My animals fought. The solution: Split the cage in half so that the newest guinea pig is on one side and the older ones are on the other side. They will get used to living with each other without going at each others throats. When you think they are used to each other, put them in the cage all together for 5 minutes if they seem to be getting along, leave them a little longer. Don't leave them because they might fight while you are gone. During the night, separate then until you feel confident that they won't kill each other. Good luck with the guinea pigs!
