How do I introduce a new outdoor cat?

I live on an acre of land and have 2 outdoor domestic cats. Recently I rescued a third. My eldest cat that I've had for 16 years is very territorial. She will not allow my new cat to walk the property or come up near our back patio. She chases her. As a result my new cat spends almost the entire time underneath our motor home. I make it a point to go out in the morning as this cat will follow me like a dog and we take a nice walk. We do it at night also. She will come to my tack shed where I feed them and she does eat and drink. I'm hoping she comes out at night and is able to roam w/o my older cat seeing her. The other cat I have is young and all she does is hiss, no chasing. I'd really like to get my new cat out from under the motor home so she can enjoy her new home. Any suggestions?
