how do I introduce another cat into the house who will only be here for 5 months?

My sister is visiting and bringing her cat. Her cat is diabetic and on a certain diet. How do I feed the two cats. Do they share the same litter box?

Diabetes isn't contagious, so the litter box is not an issue. You may want to add a box somewhere in the house to keep it from getting dirty too quickly and causing them to rebel on your clothes or furniture. To keep your cats from eating her cat's food and vice versa, you're going to have to start feeding at certain times rather than leaving food out whenever they want it. This is easier if they're on a wet food diet (which is healthier for cats anyway) since they'll be more inclined to eat right away.
