How do I introduce my clawed cats to my boyfriend's declawed cats?

My boyfriend and I are planning to move in with eachother. I have two male cats that have claws and he has two female cats that are declawed. I have introduced my two boys to other animals in the past. They are usually territorial at first, but always end up getting along in the end. One of my boys also likes to go in heat around females even though he is fixed. How can I make sure that my cats wont hurt his cats?

I have cats with and without claws and have no issues. When I have introduced a new cat into the house I will put them in a crate in the middle of the room for an hour or so and let the others come up and smell them. After a bit, you will be able to tell if you will have any issues. If you do, then keep 2 cats in a separate room for a few days.

Are his females spayed? If not, that is the first step. because intact females are usually more territorial. Plus that will just excite your neuter who's in denial about that little operation he had.
Get that done a few weeks before you move in.

Then do the intro very slowly. If one of you is moving into the others house, keep the 2 new cats together in one room with everything they need. Go in there to visit but don Look up "introducing a new cat" online and just strictly follow instructions about swapping items with their scent, doing things like take a cloth and wipe in on one cats' temple/ cheek then set the other cats food dish on it., feeding them at the same time on both sides of the door.

Slowly and carefully.. Who is moving in to whose place? If you are moving in with him, set up a room in his house that your cats can claim as their own- their own litmassageplanetox, own food and water dishes, etc etc. For the first week or so, keep the door closed when the new cats move in. They will be able to smell each other and start becoming used to new cats. Be sure when they finally do meet face to face there is PLENTY of supervision, and be prepared for some fights. Possibly put some bedding from one group in the others room. Be patient. I don't think there is a 100% sure chance no one will get hurt, but slow, careful introductions are the way to go. Good luck!
