How do I introduce my dogs to my new kitten?

So I'm getting a three month old kitten in a couple days. I already have three small adult dogs. They are not aggressive but they haven't been around cats much. So I was wondering what is the best way to introduce them to my new kitten so that no one gets hurt? Also if my dogs start to act like they want to play roughly or anything like that how do I train them not to and will they get along?

Ok when I had to do this I put my dog on a leash. You may want to seperste them and introduce one a day so you won't over whelm her. But have the kitten in your Lap or in your arms have someone else have the dog and bring the kitten to the dog. Any negativity take kitten away. If there is no negativity give a treat to the dog. Then take kitten away. Repeat 4 or 5 times. Treats are essential in the first three weeks just give your dogs a treat randomly so they don't feel left out or unloved. Make this a positive experience to them!
