how do i introduce my moms new puppy to my somewhat aggressive dogs?

my parents live in florida, and my mom just got a little chihuahua puppy about 20 weeks old. i have a chi/min pin and a terrier/chi [not completely sure of their breeds since theyre both rescues]. they are okay with dogs they are familiar with [friend's and family's dogs], but they do not like stranger dogs. they also only interact with dog friends on their turf....never at our house. when we go on walks, my dogs try to shred any dog or person that comes within 20 feet of us. they go crazy over the dogs in the fence opposite our yard, and they see them everyday!

my mom comes home monday for a visit and im nervous that my dogs will not accept a new kid on the block. whats the best way for us to introduce them without just shoving this puppy in the bullpen when we get home from the airport?
