how do i introduce my self to my hot next door neighbor who is15 and im 13?

okay so im 13 and i just moved to this kind of country town and my next door neighbor is a guy who is like 15 i think and he has a sister but hes always outside looking busy like fixing the fence or working on his 4 wheeler or mowing the lawn power washing the pool stuff like that and he always look busy so i doont wanna interupt him but i wanna get to now him and when ever im outside he always has this little shy kind of smile on his facce and he waves but then goes back to what hes doing but ever 2 minutes hes looking at me and i wanna introduce my self but i dont know how and im in a family with mostly verrry overprotective guys that i hang out with what do i do and how do i do it!?!?!?!??!!? help please

If you constantly see him doing something, let's say riding his 4-wheeler, then what you could do is maybe read up a little bit on them, or talk to a friend that rides them. Then next time you see him by his 4-wheeler/riding it, you can comment on it, or talk about how your friend always says how great it is and you'd like to try it someday. *WINK*WINK* lol
Anyway, I don't know- just an example!

Be confident !!! It actually works and it makes you look really attractive. Put on a welcoming smile and walk over to him, saying that you're bored and you want someone to talk to. Make small talk! Go up to him and keep him company while he's doing his work. Ask him basic questions, like "What's your name?" or "Which school do you go to?" You may be really nervous, but muster up some courage to do it. If you don't act now, and you decide to do it later, it may get awkward... Haha, no pressure !

well i, being a self-proclaimed not very attractive guy yet many beg to differ, probably don't understand completely what's going through his head but i know that guys generally want to impress girls whether they be attractive or not. it's an ego thing. so if you want to introduce yourself maybe come up with a job that he could do and by his willingness to oblige his services gauge whether or not he's into you (if you want to get with him) if not help him (either way) and use the time together to talk about yourselves.
