How do I introduce myself at a job interview in two minutes?

When I go to job interviews, I'm often being asked to introduce myself in two minutes or even in a minute.

The interviewers ask me: "Imagine you were a product and you want to sell it to us. How would you introduce yourself and make us buy you?"

I know this question is basic but it is really frustrating! I don't know what to say because I'm a graduate-to-be and I don't have much experience.

What kind of things should I say to impress/attract them?

That is a tough question, even for an experienced job applicant.

First, start with a firm handshake. Make good eye contact. Then focus on your strongest skills...the ones for which you're most frequently complimented. For instance:

"I have very strong writing skills, and I am often complimented for my customer service skills. I am very good at resolving customer complaints. I am very reliable, and I'm interested in a position where I can gain experience."

You can substitute whatever your strongest points are. Just focus on being confident and professional. And don't forget the firm handshake!
