How do I introduce myself to this guy I kinda like?

Me and my friend were shopping today and we went in pacsun and one of the employees there looked cute and seemed nice and he looked to be about my age but idk how to talk to him or flirt with him cuz I'm super shy especially around my crushes idk what to do I wanna see if I have a shot with him. I'm 15 going on 16 and he looked maybe 16 or 17 not sure but how do I find out his name and get to know him without being stalkerish and how do I talk to him I get super nervous with guys especially cute ones lol what do I do ?

Well you could try and maybe get him to help you out with something and then start up a conversation with him and then add him on facebook. However, I wouldn't expect a reaction out of him or him to respond to your flirting since he is on the job. That is why I do not suggest flirting but try and get his help to start a small conversation and be like thanks, by any chance do you go to this school? I think I have seen you around before or someone that looks like you. Then see his response and be like oh ok where do you go to school. Then you can say your name and be like I'm so and so btw...

Well, the best way to get a guy is to walk right up to him and take off all your clothes, but obviously you're not going to do that nor should you. Just go talk to him, guys like it when girls make the first move

I suggest you go back to the store and make small talk with him. Ask him about some clothing in there and start a conversation. With that, you'll get an idea if he is interested without actually putting yourself out there to far. If he does not seem interested then you'll know by the conversation. But look through the racks of clothes and when u think he's looking at ur direction, look up slightly and give him a flirty look. If that doesn't work, then compliment him on something. Like his hair or...shoes..? Lol
