Try not to feed him any fruit, except on really rare occasions. Rabbits digest sugar differently, and can get obese and other health problems if they have too much fruits. For vegitabbles, I feed my rabbits kale, carrots, and corn. Try half a cob of corn a day, 1-2 pieces of kale (depending on the size of the stalk), and a carrot (with or without green tops). they'll let you know which is their favorite by eating it the most- for example, mine don't like carrots nearly as much as they do the kale and the corn. Feed once a day, keep regular pellets there all day long, and make sure you have hay, it helps with their digestion. Tree branches help to give them something to chew on so their teeth don't get too big (their teeth grow conmtinuosly and need to be worn down by chewing SOMETHING- better a tree branch than electrical cords). They prefer to eat early morning or night.
