How do we introduce our two cats to my mom's?

We have two Birmans that are 5 years old and my mom has a Maine coon that is 10+ years old. He doesn't like other cats and hisses and hides from them. My mom is retiring and moving in with my family since we have a guest suite on the first floor. Any idea on how to make it work for the cats? Worst case senerio is that she will have to keep her cat in her room all the time but we do want to try to get them to get along.

P.S. We also have a standard poodle and doberman but her cat usually just ignores dogs and our dogs will leave cats alone if they give them a swat.
