When I learnt IHM we were taught to start at

left side, hand at throat and crown, Deep breath, envisage light blue and chant Hammm x3,

next pineal/ indig/ omm aound,

then crown/ white or gold/ ommm again.

then repeat for right side, by this time my back is usually very sore.


Does anyone have a bit quicker method?
