How do YOU control YOUR anger?

Its just that day, you wake up and hear some news that takes you right now. You are mad, and feel like taking that anger out. Feel like punching a whole through the wall (but its my own house lol). You go out and want to pick a fight with every driver, because its only right now every one wants to make silly mistakes.

How do YOU control it or calm it down?

Advice would be HIGHLY appreciated.

I just think about what I can do to RIGHT whatever is wrong (if it directly effects me) and then remember "In a million years - who'll really give a rats ass."

Then I go next door and fuck the neighbor's wife.

LOL @ neighbors wife. They are not smokin hot but most are quite doable. Just the idea of fucking the neighbors wife itself is a nice adventure.

1. Go for a long walk 1-2 miles, use your ipod and take the dog. Exercise helps.
2. Go to the gym.
3. Go for a swim.
4. Self talk, often if you hear yourself, you may be able to calm down and be reasonable.
5. Write your thoughts down, what happened, pros/cons/outcomes
6. Mas****ate, you will be relieved afterwards
7. Don't swear, it fuels agitation.
8. Hot shower/Hot bath
9. Avoid alcohol/drugs/massageplanetfeine-drink water

The more I think about it the more I get mad . I want to tell some close family, but telling them but stress them too. That is something I do not want to do. Hobbying wont necessarily make it feel all better. It all depends, if the session goes extremely well and the lady actually cares about what your problem is, she will help you calm down. If the session is mediocre to bad, I will feel even worse LOL. I wanked it off but it was just temporary relief for say 15 mins, showered and then the anger sat back in.
It just upsets you how some people on this earth dont deserve the word "humans" stuck to them. Rather, they can't be called animals either.

At times like this, wish there were legends like Demi @ DM or Paris @ GOE that I could go talk to. They were like my counselors.

A heavy bag work out. Punch the living day lights out of the bag. Punch it and if your able kick it too. After about 20 minutes you'll be dead tired and if you're not use to it your knuckles will be mashed and bleeding. You won't have any more energy left to be angry. I like to tape a picture to the bag of someone that get's under my skin, works great.

If an individual has angered me to the point that I 'm thinking about them at night I simply buy them a cup of coffee the next day. If I know they drink Tim's I bring Tim's, if it's Starbucks I splurge a bit and buy a Starbucks java. If I feel it's necessary I will bring muffins, donuts whatever I need to make the individual feel that it's time to bury the hatchet or that I am oblivious to the evil I perceive has been done to me. It always works, their faces light up like beacons. They grin from ear to ear and gingerly flip open the little drink tab and start sucking back the free cup of mmmm mm tasty java.
