How do you find out the bill number of bills introduced in Congress?

I already tried Thomas.gov and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I want to read the two new deficit reduction/ debt ceiling bills being debated in Congress this week.

I also tried Googling it, and found news stories about it but no link to the text of the bills.

Contact thomas.gov by e-mail, if one can, and ask them, "Since you have the text of bills voted on, do you have the text of bills recently submitted?" Or can you reference the source of same?

PREMISE:

I am pretty sure I just saw five minutes ago, on thomas.gov, the text of Boehner's "Cut, Cap, Balance" bill that was voted on and approved by the House last week, about July 21st. (ROLL CALL 604). (The one for which 5 Democratic Representatives voted!??!)

CONCLUSION:

If thomas.gov has the text of bills voted upon, then thomas should also have the text of recently introduced bills. Or thomas should certainly know how to obtain them.
