How do you pay for the I-601 form and I-212 form if living in Bangkok?

I am trying to find out where to pay for my I-601 form and I-212 form. I am in Bangkok. I have an interview coming up for the I-130 at the american embassy, but I want to get ahead, and also pay for the I-601 and I-212 forms. I called the american embassy, but they asked me to just email the department, but when I did I got an auto reply saying they get thousands of emails every day and not all would be answered then they attached their website to it. I looked all over their website, but couldn't find it. If I can't get the answer on the internet then I would just have to wait for the I-130 interview then get the info there. I just wanted to cut time so I could submit it when done with the I-130 interview.

Only after your visa is denied, you will get an option of Wavier or not. Then you pay the fees at US Embassy. By the way, I-130 is Petition filed by US Citizen or US Permanent Resident. As a beneficiary, you will have to apply immigrant visa and then go to interview for visa.

If they accept the forms there you can pay with either Thai Baht or US Dollars.

If you have an immigrant visa interview, you'll definitely be able to file both waiver forms at the embassy. Bangkok is the regional center for USCIS in that part of Asia. while you may want to pay in advance, the interviewing officer first has to determine under which sections of immigration law you're ineligible. It may seem obvious to you, but often enough it isn't. Then under current practice, he'll give you a denial sheet from the officer which you'll take to the USCIS office to talk to them. at that point, USCIS will tell you what to do. if you've already filled out complete waiver forrms, they'll send you to the cashier to pay. Or if you haven't, you'll pay once you do have completed forms to submit.
