How do you train yourself to last longer at the MP?

when im having sex with a girl i know, i can last forever. I have no problem getting, and staying rock hard (on my own), and im so confident and in control.

as soon as i get up on that table, and am laying there for 5 minutes, i get nervous, and performance anxiety. i have a hard time getting to 100% throttle, and usually drop the clutch before the light turns green, lol

the only time i ever felt that i did well, was with (surprisingly) Jenaya from SRM. i had a couple beers that afternoon and perhaps that had somethign to do with it?
she was trying so hard, and i was loving it, to get to the finish line. i was at full mast the entire time, and she even made a comment about being able to have fun with that, since i could go for so long.

does everyone rub out the easy one first?
8/10 i would not end up going to the MP if i did that.

You have to learn to exercise your pubococcygeal muscle (PC Muscle). If you can stop yourself midflow when urinating you've identified your PC muscle. Learning to control it means you can hold back from pre-mature ejaculation. Once you get good at it, you can last a very long time during any sexual encounter.

Nothing's wrong with you. And no problem like pre-mature ejaculation either! You're fine, as you said, how you perform during normal sex.

But, I think you are kind of new to this MPA business. In that case, you'll get use to it. Just keep practicing! Remember the first time that we lost our virginity?!!! It took me like 5 seconds

How do I cure this?? I am real sensitive to condoms, but use them. Lube inside the condom??

DO NOT use any kind of lube inside the condom....or else, you have to grab a flash light to find it......!

In your case, although not too much details in your post, I'd suggest consulting with a specialist. First, talk with your family physician and he / she should refer you to the specialist.

I'm not saying there is a problem or anything. So, don't worry. I'm not a doctor so I might be wrong anyway. But, the little guy (head) is a bit sensitive not the other parts (shaft and etc)! You last longer at SPA simply because the head is not being touched as much as when the whole package is inside. You got the picture?!!

Do that and take it slow immediately after penetration. You are probably sensitive to her body heat once you enter her vagina. You got to give your dick a chance to warm up. Lots of foreplay ahead of time (BJ and HJ) to get your dick warmed up is what you may need. She'll like the time dedicated to foreplay just so long as she receives her fair share of the foreplay also.

Yes, take it extremely slow upon penetration. When I used to have this problem long ago (now, getting older, it's the opposite ) I would enter and not do anything for about a minute or so, just getting used to the sensation and breathing and trying to relax. Then go slow for awhile, and you'll definitely last much longer.

If you can last longer in real life, then you're probably right about the anxiety factor. See the same MPA several times, you should last longer when you get comfortable with her.

If you are a reg, why not ask the MPA for releases? One at the beginning and one at the end. This way you will be guaranteed a longer wait before ya pop.
