How is the Prostretch used?

This looks very interesting to me, but I can't tell how it is used, so I am not *sure* I am interested. I take it the price is for one, and not a set of two? Has anyone tried this? Was it helpful?

I love this tool... but it isn't necessary. And yes you definitely want to use 1 at a time, and yes that is around the price I have found for 1. After my knee surgery I used this a lot to stretch my gastroc during my rehab, which is still somewhat shortened, and I have a slightly odd gait pattern because of it. What it does is allows you to push the stretch to the point where you definitely feel it. I used it standing, some need to stand on a block to use it... but at home I just used the last stair on my staircase to stretch out, or push away from a wall to the point where I can put my heel to the ground, so that is why I say it isn't necessary.
