How long does it take a book to arrive from Singapore?

I bought a book from Chuang Yi Publishing in Singapore and they said it would take 3 working days to be processed and 10-15 estimated working days to be delivered. I paid for it on June 13 and it is now July 18 and I have still not received it. What could be the problem? Is it stuck in customs? The USPS tracking number they gave me just says it was processed through a Singapore sort facility on the 23 of June. I live in Florida, US.
