How many best friends you have

Not counting family how many true best friends do you have.

Someone you can call for advice and doesn't judge you.
Someone you have not seen in years but the moment you call him it seems that it was yesterday you spoke to him.
Someone you can tell your deepest secrets.
Someone that is always there for you.

I have been fortunate to have 4 true friends. One from high school, one from University and other 2 work related.

How about you guys?, maybe share a story how a certain incident made you become best friends.

One buddy came to my rescue in a street fight, have been best friends for over 25 years.

I have 2 back in MTL, but their a married couple, so I almost count them as a single unit. Here, I have another 2: my roommate, and an ex-GF from 3 years ago, who didn't work out on the romantic level, but we talk almost every day.
