I was never very active in sports.
I was on the curling team in high school, but I only joined because the coach was really cute. Fast forward five years later, and I was dirty dancing with him in the bar after running into him. Scratch that off of the bucket list...
I played badminton at the YMCA for a while, every Tuesday and Thursday. Some of the guys there were provincial level good, and I had fun, learned a lot. I quit when the YMCA moved to a new location, and the twice weekly badminton never came back.
Now, I have an active dog that I walk, and I use weights on my legs and arms while I do that to get more resistance. I watch my diet and generally try to keep healthy. Walking is my bag.
Sports were never my thing.
