How many therapists have started a chair massage business? I don't mean that you have 1 corp client on the side, I mean a business dedicated to chair massage alone. Feel free to add any helpful info. I will start!

Currently I work at a women's Spa/Gym and have regular outcall clients for table massage. I'm supplementing my income by picking up OSS jobs through a few OSS companies and have been offered two permanent jobs through one of them. I'd love to get going on my own and wonder what types of businesses did you target for marketing? and how do you pay your employees? % or by the hour?
