How much do BG's make ?

Just trying to work out how much the average good looking ( maybe not a stunner but who knows ) BG's make per week.

If they nominally charge 1000bht for the night, on average how many nights per week would they get a "client" ? I doubt they get someone every night, but I might be wrong.

The reason I'm asking is trying to work out how much to pay if I wanted a girl for say 7 days or even a month, what would be a good price to pay ?

Would BG's be interested in such a deal, ie; the chance to get away from the bar for a while and to just have to keep one bloke happy knowing she gets a definate chunk of money at the end of the week? rather than having to tout each night for a punter ?
