So you could say I'm nowhere near athletic... but I want to tryout for the Lacrosse team next year at school. I've decided I should start preparing/getting fit in the summer. I know Lacrosse involves strength and running.. but how should I prepare? What do Lacrosse practices consist of? Can you give me any tips and advice? Thanks, any information will be appreciated.
