Not a very well thought out question. It brings a level of amateurish quality to an issue that has many people concerned, but your question makes it too crude. There will not be any impeachment proceedings when and until any "violations" can be documented. These do NOT have to be criminal as some suggest in here. It can be ethical, malfeasance, misconduct and so on. Obamas attorneys have successfully "blocked" 14 Lawsuits trying to present evidence that Obamas entire "birth" history, is simply a falsehood and contrived. And legally the courts really have no choice. The Liberals will tell you Obama has "won" this issue, but that is a deception. Not ONE of the 42 points that were documented by these "litigants" against Obama, has EVER been "heard" inside a courtroom. That's NOT winning, that's legally "stonewalling".
What I believe some coming into Congress "might" do, is pursue the Obama issue about his "secret" scholastic records, that he pays thousands of dollars to keep the public from seeing. Some speculate it's because they are clearly marked "Foreign Aid" student when he went to Occidental. ALL these documents could not be forged or altered without being revealed. If this happens then naturally, Obama would be impeached for a felony crime. Perjury under Oath.
Either way it goes, the COLB issue is a total dead end at this point.
