Here is a letter I used a few years ago that got me a relationship with a Chiropractor:
Dear xxx,
As a Massage Therapist I see the mind and body as so interwoven that addressing the health of one area while excluding the other is an incomplete process.
I am interested in developing a union between us for the mutual referrals of our combined patients needs. I provide a complete range of services from general well being care, stress reduction, pain relief, and injury rehabilitation all provided in the comfort of the patients home or other location of their choice.
Massage therapy, in conjunction with traditional health care and/or chiropractic services, can be an effective treatment for patient recovery and preventive maintenance.
Many of our patients could benefit from our combined services. We tend to approach the same concept from different angles.
Enclosed, please find my brochure, which list the type of bodywork that can be provided as stand alone service to the patient or grouped together to provide a unique experience.
I look forward to talking with you to discuss the possibilities. Feel free to call my office at (xxx) xxx-xxxx with any questions.
Sincerely,
xxx
