Massage therapy as a career is different than most college courses in that has shorter curriculum. You can also read books on Spa and Massage Therapy Career authored by E. Estipona and another book authored by S. Capellini. Both are available on Amazon.
There are certain things you have to consider like your personality to get along with people, how you take care of your body especially your hands (are you good with your hands?), your innate ability to help assist in health and a whole lot more.
Before you shell out money and spend precious time in school, read those books.
The bottomline here is what would you still enjoy doing 10 years from now? Do you see yourself working on people's body and helping them with their aches? What would you be happy doing in the future years to come? Follow your heart but do your homework. Assess you abilities and intrinsic telents- then develop your skills.
Hope this helps
