How to introduce a new dog into the house?

I have two dogs, a cat, three bunnies and three turtles right now. I recently found a dog on the side of the road, and after trying to find his owner for several months, I've decided just to keep him.

I really am only worried about my two dogs and him getting along. Both my dogs are fixed, so no problem there. They are lab/boxer/pit mixes, and this dog is a Beagle...

Any idea how to introduce them? I am thinking about just having a professional come help me, as I have fallen in love with the Beagle and I don't want anything to happen to him!
