How to introduce my boyfriend to my family?

I'm 19, and my boyfriend and I have been together for about 6 months. I met his mother a little over a month after we started talking, and she, along with the rest of his family welcomed me with open arms. Now I'm pretty much like a part of their family; I'm over there all the time and always around them. I have yet to introduce my boyfriend to my mother, or the rest of my family, because I'm nervous about what they might say or if they'll judge him. I'm white,and he is Hispanic (his parents are both from Colombia). I've only dated black men in the past and my family has had a huge problem with it. Everytime they found out that I was a with a black man, they tried turning me against them, called me a "n***er lover", and basically made me feel like crap for the fact that I was attracted to black men.
My grandfather said that you're supposed to be with your own kind, and he definitely doesn't want me to be with a black person. My mom doesn't call me names or talk negatively to me, but she has tried to turn me against my black boyfriends in the past, and she has told me she doesn't want me to end up with a black man.
My family hasn't really said anything negative about Hispanics, so I'm wondering if they would be alright with me being with a Hispanic man..
I'm just nervous about introducing him to them, because I'm afraid they'll find SOMETHING to not like about him, or SOMETHING to judge him on. I also feel like they will try turning me against him.
