How to introduce my clothing line?

My friend and I are extremely interested in starting our own clothing line. We're proposing new ideas, and brainstorming everything we can work with. We're both fashionable, and we know the new "buzz." Personally, I get magazines every week and look at the new trend, and I'm extremely attentive with that.

We are beginning to design our clothing. The question is... after we start making clothes, who do we propose our ideas to? Who do we go to and say, where do we go from here? This is what we have... what can we do with it?

I know Kelly Cuttrone (Featured on The Hills, The City and Kell on Earth.) works with that stuff. People like her, are the people you need to get in touch with.

What do you say/do when you're in my position and how do you propose your ideas?
Any advice or any ideas on who I can get in touch with??
Also...does anyone have any good UNUSED names for a clothing line. Preferably something Bohemian.
